The Executive Committee shall ensure the coordination of the organisation and functioning of the Forum under the direction of the Bureau of the Plenary Assembly.

Key Functions of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee plays a crucial role in the governance and operational efficiency of the Forum.
Bureau Configuration
The configuration of the Bureau of the Executive Committee shall be the same as that of the Bureau of the Plenary Assembly.
Composition
It shall be composed of one (1) delegate appointed by each Member Parliament.
Meetings and Sessions
The Executive Committee shall meet by an absolute majority of its members at meetings held two (2) times a year, under the chairmanship of its Chairman. It can hold as many special sessions as necessary.
