01. Composition
Shall be composed of the sitting President, the elected President and the outgoing President

02. Meetings and Sessions
The Executive Committee shall meet by an absolute majority of its members at meetings held two (2) times a year, under the chairmanship of its Chairman. It can hold as many special sessions as necessary.

03. Decision Making and Recommendations
The Executive Committee takes decisions. It may also make recommendations and/or opinions.
