Operational Excellence

Core Functions

  1. The General Secretariat provides administrative, financial and technical management as well as coordination of the Forum's activities.
  2. It shall be headed by a Secretary General appointed by the Speakers of the Member Parliaments for a term of three (3) years, renewable once.
  3. It shall consist of international staff whose number and functions shall be determined by the Plenary Assembly.
  • 01. Administrative Management

    Overseeing day-to-day operations, record keeping, and organizational procedures of the Forum

  • 02. Program Implementation

    Executing decisions made by the Plenary Assembly and ensuring timely implementation of programs

  • 03. Staff Coordination

    Managing international staff and ensuring effective collaboration across all departments

  • 04. Institutional Representation

    Representing the Forum in various capacities and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
